Executing a luxury stone package on the 71st floor of the US Bank Tower presented unique logistical and structural challenges. CAD Stone Works coordinated the high-altitude delivery, staging, and rigging of massive Sahara Noir marble slabs, working in strict alignment with SCGMA & Elite Partners to ensure safe and efficient transport up the high-rise tower.

The design by Tag Front and Cesar Giraldo centers around a monumental, book matched Sahara Noir stone program. Every bar, kitchen, communal counter, and table surface was sequence-cut and book matched, displaying the striking orange and white veining of Sahara Noir in perfect, symmetrical continuity. This was paired with heavy-duty, ultra-high-end Italian porcelain flooring engineered to withstand intense commercial foot traffic.

Our master stone craftsmen hand-finished the Sahara Noir slabs with a custom leathered texture, giving the surfaces a soft, tactile feel that diffuses light beautifully. The final installation stands as a signature commercial landmark in Downtown Los Angeles, demonstrating our ability to deliver master-level artistry under complex structural and high-altitude constraints.
