These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cadstoneworks.com (the “Site”), operated by CAD Stone Works, Inc. (“CAD Stone Works,” “we,” “our”). By using the Site, you accept these Terms.
1. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including project photography, case studies, Journal articles, text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CAD Stone Works, Inc. or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any Site content, including project photography, without our prior written permission. Viewing the Site for personal or professional reference is permitted.
2. Informational Content Only. No Offer.
The Site describes completed work and our capabilities for informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a bid, estimate, proposal, or contractual offer of any kind. Descriptions of past projects are historical accounts of work performed under specific conditions and are not a representation or guarantee of future results, pricing, availability, or scope. Any engagement with CAD Stone Works is governed exclusively by a separately executed written agreement.
3. License Information
CAD Stone Works, Inc. holds California State License Board license #998521. License information is displayed on the Site for verification purposes. Display of license information does not create a contractor relationship, and no such relationship exists absent a written agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or harvesting content or data in bulk, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-Party Links and Press
The Site may link to third-party websites, including press coverage. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAD Stone Works, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAD Stone Works, Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
