Bentley Circle Estate

The entrance reads as a single quiet move. Backlit limestone steps with a mitered edge carry the eye up to the threshold, the light line emphasizing the precision of the joint rather than the joint itself. Inside, a continuous limestone floor extends through the full interior and out to the rear patios and pool stepping stones, so the transition from enclosed space to terrace never breaks the stone plane. The limestone was sourced from Portugal and calibrated for vein and tone continuity across the run.

The front and right elevations are clad in chiseled limestone in 24 by 48 inch pieces, set on a mechanical anchoring system across the main and second levels. The chiseled face gives the elevations a quarried, tactile weight, while the concealed anchoring keeps the field flat and the coursing exact. This is structural stone treated as architecture, not veneer.

The center fireplace anchors the main level. Its lower body is executed in book matched Calacatta Gold slabs, the veining mirrored across the seam, with custom concrete tiles forming the upper surround. Rising beside it, a Calacatta marble floating staircase climbs across all three levels of the residence, each tread carrying the same stone signature so the vertical circulation reads as one sculpted element. At the rear, where the BBQ and cabana meet, a feature wall is finished in Dekton slabs chosen for durability and a continuous matte field. The pool program includes fabricated pool bar slabs and the stone for the pool baths, completing a stone language that carries from the front steps to the water's edge. The property was featured in Robb Report and the Wall Street Journal. CAD Stone Works executed the stone program for that residence.
