I. Concierge Sourcing & Procurement
The residence stands in the Beverly Hills Flats. Built in 2019, the home spans about 16,450 square feet across three levels. CAD Stone Works served as the stone and tile trade for the entire property, covering the full interior and the full exterior, both fabrication and installation. The front of the home is defined by a glass and marble facade. Inside, limestone slab floors run through the main living areas, establishing a continuous stone plane that connects the formal spaces. Across the front and rear elevations, at both the main and second levels, the Sahara Noir slabs were vein mapped and sequenced, each piece laid out by its figure so the facade reads as one composed run rather than a set of unrelated panels.
II. Technical Vetting & Precision Fabrication
The central courtyard features an olive tree, creating a quiet natural focus. Around this core, the interior spaces flow across three levels, housing six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and a detached guest house. The marble program continues through the Fendi kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplaces, utilizing hand-selected Antolini marble. Every slab was aligned and sequenced so that veining runs true across walls and floors.
III. Logistics & Architectural Installation
The residence was completed in 2019 and sold in 2020. CAD Stone Works executed the complete stone and tile program for this residence. The work reflects the high standards of fabrication and installation required for estate-scale properties in Beverly Hills. "The Beverly Hills Flats residence required a disciplined approach to slab sequencing and joint alignment. We worked closely with the project team to ensure that the stone program feels unified across all three levels." - Cesar Hernandez, CAD Stone Works.
The property was featured in Robb Report.
