"CAD Stone Works fabricated and installed the complete natural stone program for this roughly fifteen thousand square foot estate on the Upper Riviera of Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, ZIP 90272. The work features book matched Lasa slabs at the entry and foyer floors, carried into a book matched double staircase in the same stone. Backlit Precious White Stone anchors the living room fireplace wall and a custom fabricated integrated stone sink in the main powder room. The primary bathroom is wrapped in Armani Brown slabs across walls, ceiling, and floors. Interior design by Elisa Resta. Construction by Jensen Construction. I. Concierge Sourcing & Procurement
CAD Stone Works sourced and fabricated the full natural stone program for this grand 15,000 square foot estate on the Upper Riviera. Working closely with designer Elisa Resta, our team hand-selected Sahara Noir, white onyx porcelain, Precious White Stone, Amani Brown, and Italian Travertine to create a highly custom, unified interior experience across all primary baths, guest powder rooms, and central reception areas.
II. Technical Vetting & Precision Fabrication
The fabrication required meticulous alignment of the dark, veined Sahara Noir slabs with high-polish white onyx porcelain to establish striking geometric contrasts. Every seam was executed to tight tolerances, ensuring that the natural veining runs continuously across floating vanities, shower enclosures, and bathroom floor thresholds. Outside, Italian Travertine was laid across the terraces, completing a flawless indoor-outdoor transition.
III. Logistics & Architectural Installation
Installation was fully coordinated with Jensen Construction on site. Each massive slab was carefully rigged and set using premium adhesives to ensure long-term structural integrity and flat tolerances. The finished stone package elevates the architectural presence of the home, providing an uncompromising standard of luxury craftsmanship.
